  Joe Piccinni is the best!! (JP). He does exactly what he promises and then some!! Such attentive and great service! After purchasing our QX60 through a broker and Ramsey Infiniti we had soooo many problems within the first week....clock wasn’t working no second key and navigation didn’t work at all! Ramsey promised to fix everything and did nothing! Circle did everything they said they would. JP keep in close contact with us ..... had a new navigation system put in and got us a second key as promised! Highly recommend Circle and JP in the service department!

He spent the right amount of time with us making it a very enjoyable experience. I have purchased many cars in the past and this was the easiest transaction of all. Our finance person Jeff did a great job explaining all the costs and options available. At no time did we feel that we were being pressured to make a decision. The common theme throughout the entire dealership is excellent customer service/satisfaction. I cannot state how pleased my wife and I were with the Circle Infiniti experience and would highly recommend this dealership.
